My mother has been living at Artis Senior Living of Boca Raton for approximately 1 year. We struggled with placing our mother in the care of others, in place of living at home with family. It is definitely not an easy or comfortable decision to make for your loved one or parent. We all want to make sure they will not become forgotten or unloved or uncared for. I can say with 100% certainty we made the best decision of of lives. It is an adjustment to let go partially and trust people we don’t know well. I can tell you that each person that works directly or indirectly with my mother has shown a true understanding and love for her. The way the community is structured allows for the residents to have a safe independence and a sense of home and community. The activities are well thought out and fun. I have been in many of them with mom and love that family involvement is encouraged. You are always welcome. The menu and food are top notch but I especially love the way the community maintains the family home dining style. The conditions are clean and decorated to make it feel like your loved one is in a warm environment. The nursing care is unbelievable as they are truly on top of every need or concern. Administration is extremely communicative and forthcoming with community information. I guess the best way to say it is if you have reservations about placement, this is honestly a place you can feel good and safe placing your parent or loved one. Artis is a home and the people there are what makes it feel loved.

During this entire crisis they haven't stopped, always available and on top of everything! Our heartfelt thanks to Sheryl the administrator for her constant communication and for being available to us whenever we need her, she always puts my family at peace. Knowing we can always count on Noelle to make sure our dad has the best care! We not only witnessed but felt Sheryl's dedication and love for the residents and staff from day one and still do to this day. The entire staff of dedicated and hardworking employees are at all times respectful, kind, caring, thoughtful and compassionate to not only our dad but all the residents and their families too. Artis is not just a place that our dad lives in, it's his home and we are all part of the Artis family! Thank you for your outstanding leadership and stewardship to ensure that Artis of Boca is an outstanding example of a home that values dignity, respect and compassion for all its residents. My family and I are forever grateful to Sheryl and her entire team. If you are looking for your loved one, you just found the best place! Artis is truly the best! Exceeds our expectations every time! My mom has been a resident at Artis for almost 4 years. The staff is warm, caring, and highly professional. The management team is always accessible, and it is truly a team that works together. We are delighted to have chosen Artis for my mom. They regularly go out of their way to accommodate her needs. As a result of their excellent level of care, and we are looking to celebrate Mom’s 100th birthday in a few months. I looked at a lot of places and feel confident we made the right choice.
