This place was beautifully remodeled however I will not be back, having been a customer for many years. A simple patch repair on a tennis shoe that was 20 last year was now 42. I’ll find another shop.

I came here not for shoes but for alterations. I just paid 70 to have a dress hemmed! The dress was not ready at noon time on the day I was told to come pick it up and I was instructed to come back that evening. There are strings along the bottom that I will have to trim when I get home. I cannot speak on shoe repair, but I would not go here for alterations.
I Called and was told this location closed at 6pm. I arrived at 5:51 and the doors were locked and the Lights were on. I continued to knock and even called the customer service line. Next I saw a woman in the back waving that they were closed and refused to open the door, this was at 5:56. I needed my shoes for a Christmas Party this evening, now in which I am now screwed because an employee decided to shut down whenever she felt like. I am appalled and disgusted. Not a way to run a business. I hope that employee wasn't and owner because she just cost you current and future business.

Fabulous experience. Have a discrepancy in my leg from surgery and needed my shoes adjusted to allow me to walk correctly. Vinny is a wonderful craftsman and shoemaker. I highly recommend this business. The staff is very friendly and help you in any way they can.
I've been coming to this store for the last 5 years. They have always done an excellent job fixing all of my shoes, I walk on my toes, so I'm there quite often. They've also fixed several of my purses and my clothes! Love love love this store! The staff is super friendly too. Always willing to go above and beyond in helping me. Thanks again!!
I came to have my gown fitted, I was able to get it done by Tao, a nice lady who took care of every single detail, being able to get my dream gown....as I dreamed it... Thank you Jack for making me so happy. I hope to stop by and bring my Shoes and my bags, What a place
