Ray was recommended by a family friend and I can say... he does not disappoint! Ray was prompt, on time and very meticulous. He did two home inspections for me and pointed out some things I would have not noticed myself. He does a very thorough job and detailed write up. If I ever needed another inspection in the future, I would no hesitate to call him up again.

Very happy with Ray's inspection. He took the time inspect and then took the time to explain to me all the things which mattered. He did an outside inspection, he climbed on the roof, he went in to the crawl space, he went in to the attic, he went everywhere. In other words, he didn't leave any stone unturned. Ray is knowledge, professional and courteous. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a property inspection done.
