They saved a Persian rug after my dog peed all over it. They always do the best job!

Sent an expensive oriental rugs to be cleaned. Rug came back warped and shrunk. Boise Rug denied any responsibility and said the rug was that way when they picked it up---it wasn't. Claimed they had a picture of the warping when they picked it up, but couldn't produce it. Be wary when dealing with them.
