We were visiting Boise and we walked by the restaurant Brickyard and peeked in the window. It looked liked a lovely restaurant so we made plans to eat there on Saturday night. I read the google review about going home with muffins and tasting peanut butter mashed potatoes (!) The service was impeccable. (Shout out to Jonathan) It was a hard decision because everything sounded so good. My husband and I ended up getting the same entree, Beef Wellington. Around the time our soup and salad arrived, the live piano music began. I’ve been to many restaurants where the live music takes over and it’s hard to have a conversation over the music...however, the music volume was perfect. The whole experience was lovely. I would definitely recommend it!

What can I say, the food is delicious, the atmosphere is top notch ...but the service? Second to None. I wanted to surprise my girlfriend for her birthday with a few special requests and the brickyard staff went above and beyond to accommodate. The staff at every single level from the waiters to the bus boys, the clerk's to the managers were so professional and inviting. For two hours....we forgot the pandemic existed, it was that nice of a dining experience. I'll be coming back for sure.

Brickyard provided a terrific experience from top to bottom. Meal consisted of oysters, salad, ribeye, baked potato, and huckleberry cobbler. The steak was flavorful and cooked perfectly. Staff were all professional and courteous and demonstrated excellent teamwork. I’d be happy to dine here again in the future.

We ate at the Brickyard tonight for the first time with friends and we all enjoyed it. The service was amazing and the food was spectacular. I recommend trying the peanut butter potatoes as they were exceptional. They butterflied my wife’s filet mignon which gave it the perfect finish. The ambiance was spot on - quiet enough for conversation with beautiful live music on the piano. We can’t wait to return!

The husband and I visited The Brickyard this past Saturday night and it was fantastic. Service was amazing, the food was phenomenal, and the drinks were strong. The peanut butter mashed potatoes were out of this world delicious and hands down, our favorite food item of the night. Appetizers were generously portioned. We definitely recommend the calamari and the Dungeness crab dip! For main courses, my husband ordered the elk tenderloin, and I had the short ribs. Although the elk portion was absolutely tiny, both dishes were full of complex flavors that mingled together beautifully. The only complaint we had was the mushroom risotto was still VERY crunchy. It was a very busy night there though, so we understand mistakes happen. We'll definitely be back!

The BEST of Boise! To start, the restaurant is small and beautiful! A lovely lady played the piano throughout the evening. Our server, John, was amazing! Now the food... over the top! Husband said the rib eye was the best he has ever had. The peanut butter mashed potatoes have a unique flavor and were delish! I had the special which was lobster ravioli with a filet. Unbelievable! They are not doing the salad cart but you still pick all of your toppings and they make each salad individually. The crab dip was so creamy and made with real crab. The cocktails were perfect and the salted Carmel cookie and ice cream dessert was so good! Oh, and they send you off with muffins for the morning! Absolutely amazing! 10 stars!
