We had a great experience working with ALTA to perform to some repairs on our fork truck. A full assessment was made on site at our convenience and everything was thoroughly explained. Konrad, from the service department, was able to work around our busy schedule to make sure we had little to no downtime during the repairs. The fork truck is back in working order and we will be using ALTA in the future for all of equipment and repair needs.
My driver at 8am. After he arrived people in the receiving dept were unprofessional and rude to the driver. After they unload trailer they never let a driver know and they have gone somewhere. Driver was not able to find them to get a bills for 1.5 hrs and left a mess in a trailer. Got a bills around noon time. Not the best experience
