We used Plumbing Nerds for several plumbing issues. We joined their yearly service program. We have been very pleased with all of their services, to date, and felt we had received reasonable pricing for the services. Our last call, however, had been a disappointment based on the fact the service of tightening a screw on an outside sewer pump came with a large price tag. The job took literally 10 minutes to complete and we provided the screwdriver. I wrote my feelings on a review which I submitted to the company. I thought that was the end of the matter. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call a week or so later from a polite female company representative who asked me to explain my situation to her. After I had given my opinion and reason for my negative review, the woman stated that there were minimum service charges, etc. which I do understand. However, she felt in my case that rather than lose a repeat customer with a service contract, the company would return the full amount of the cost of the repair to me. I was very appreciative of this consideration and just received a check for the full amount of the repair. It is a rare company who values customer service over the almighty dollar. I thank you again and will continue using Plumbing Nerds for any further plumbing issues.

I wanted to take the time to let you know how wonderful Jeremy & Luis were today! They were prompt, explained what they would be doing, showed me the root cause of the issue, showed me the repair, put my flower garden back together and they were just a delight! They also were very professional, competent and had a positive way about them. They also showed concern for me and offered me hand sanitizer. I just can’t be happier with a service company (besides mine….lol)! Thank you Plumbing Nerds for an awesome job well done. I got cards from Jeremy and I will definitely be giving your name to any of my neighbors that run into issues. The easiest and best service I have had in years! My daughter found a plumber for our shower that kept clogging up (a pool of water at your feet the first minute you'd shower). We thought it could be grout or something because liquid plumber didn't work. Not only were they responsive with calls but we were able to schedule with ease and get an expert in! Patrick was the BEST. He knew exactly what to do and even gave her options rather than just try a stunt to take our money like most other plumbers would. He was clean, polite, and I would recommend this service and THIS PLUMBER to anyone! ASK FOR PATRICK!

After a different plumbing company ripped us off we were very pleased with the service Pat Ball gave us. He came out and was able to figure out why our toilets were clogging within 30min. Plumbing Nerds charged us a fraction of what the other company charged us with the difference that they were able to diagnose the issue (which was a full septic tank)...

I was \lucky\ enough to see Plumbing Nerds tested. Things didn't go exactly according to plan. That's what separates the best from the pack. The owner of the Bonita Nerds was on the phone taking personal charge of the matter. It was solved quickly and to my satisfaction. Of course I recommend them for a high end tank-less water heater.
