The arrangements doe for a recent funeral were great. People from out of town who called in orders commented about how great they were on the phone and pleasant to work with.

Amazing customer service, care and obvious pride in their work! I called from New Jersey to place an order for a friend who had lost a beloved pet. The call was handled with as much sympathy as if it were a loss of a human. Not only was the arrangement quickly designed, but they even sent me a picture of it prior to delivery to make sure it was to my liking. The arrangement was gorgeous! It didn't stop there. My friend posted a thank you on Facebook for the flowers and mentioned that the gal who delivered them recognized her sorry, comforted her and gave her a huge hug. You really need to open up a place in New Jersey! Thanks for taking such good care of this very special friend.

If I could give 10 Stars I would!!!! I was told by folks in K3 County to go to Busse & Rieck Flowers. I tired them....... I was put on hold for over 15 Mins. But when you need to send flowers because you cannot be there (270 miles away) and K3 is on the do not travel list YOU DO NOT TREAT CUSTOMERS LIKE THAT. Come on.......... These folks are on point! They were courteous and very helpful from the time they answered the phone till the transaction was complete. All companies should be like this. Small Business that cares. Thank you!!!!!! You have made a new customer for life. Again THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!!!!
