You're sitting there freaking out about water in the basement from the heater and this team shows up in capes like hero's (just kidding about the capes but they should consider it). But very fair pricing and extremely responsive with quality work. They respected covid guidelines and still remained personal and friendly. I'm never going anywhere else.

Jim and Company are always professional. They have been my \plumbers\ for over 5 years. They arrive when they say they will. They clean up after themselves. They are friendly. They are practicing \Social Distancing and Mask Wearing\. I always feel I got my monies worth when I hire them. I wouldn't call anyone else for my plumbing needs!
These guys fixed my furnace I had a gentleman named jimmy he was great. Told me my furnace was a mess which was no surprise to me honestly has been since I moved in he worked all day to get it running and couldn’t he didn’t give up came back a day later and got her running after almost a year it’s been broke I am very grateful thank you guys so much definitely recommend! Definitely who I’ll be calling if my furnace breaks again lol
After expertly thinking through the problem and answering all my questions, as well as educating me as to how the system was likely designed and where potential problems were, they got right to it and were actually done in about an hour, pulling out tree roots and other junk...the drain cleared right away!!
