My brother was a short-term tenant up until 12/13/16- His room since move in has been infested with bed bugs and upon second request of extermination he was asked to leave instead at end of week and denied weekly lease renewal. The owner was hostile upon confrontation and very unprofessional.
People smoke cigarette in the rooms, many heavy alcoholic and pill users. Illegal meth sales. The management acts like it's not allowed but his best tenants that have been thief for 3 years are allowed to do as they please. BED BUGS! Upon request of asking Randy to take care of the bed bugs he quote said, \you expect me to waste 350 every time you see a bug?\ \How about you leave and I'm not resigning your lease\ he gave me 3 days to leave. After I left, he told me to take my 125 security deposit through the courts and called police. Basically robbed me!
