A customer service helper named AIDA treated me with a lot of kindness and tender loving care. Unfortunately the two base cabinets we ordered became unglued when they were getting them off the shelves. So the rest of the order didn't matter because they were just auxiliaries to the base cabinets. I'm Very grateful for all of the excellent people that contribute to the Lowes experience. Tina was very kind as well. It was her last day. Go Tina.

Lowe’s leaves lots of room for improvement!!! Not the best place to buy a refrigerator and expect it to work right or be delivered in damaged! Sad sad, the store looks so nice inside! You just have to have a lot of patience, time & gas to keep going back to the store & calling them!!! So so many things wrong! Too many to list out today’s... all damage during delivery & it doesn’t run right!

I want to share my experience I’ve had with Lowe’s this past week. I enjoy shopping there. My first big purchase was a washer and dryer. Carolina in appliances was very patient with me. I’m impressed since I have changed my mind about 3 times. Then it was time to pay. I went to the register where Jody the cashier was amazing as well. She was very informative and helped me save more by opening a Lowe’s card. I will be shopping here again. This kind of customer service is well appreciated.

Stay away from this Lowe’s, purchased a patio table with Chairs, I pick up the correct chairs, but the patio table after a week they called I went to pick it up and they gave me an open box with a broken table.... I turn around an returned it, rep couldn’t find my order waited 1 hour. I asked to reorder another one, after a week finally delivery guys came with a used scratch table assemble out of box as a display table. I stated wow I purchased a new table in box not a used one, they stated it’s the only one the store has.....wow sad after 10 days no table. I wonder if the store manager knows how they operate this store. Tomorrow I am going to escalated to the store manager. I’ll continue tomorrow with more facts...
