I tried to order a 9.99 Black Friday deal for a socket set. Website would only go to a 14.99 version of the same thing. I tried multiple different zip codes thinking that may be an issue, which nothing I did allowed me to get the black Friday deal online. Ended up just purchasing the set for 14.99 and am super upset at my experience. I will not be attempting to shop at Sears Hometown online again, I will be going to Amazon. The website itself is not user friendly. Home Depot and Menard's are much better developed.
