I had used this company in the past and they fixed the problem I was having. I thought it was expensive but they fixed the problem. Recently I had a problem with brakes locking up so I called them. First trip out adjusted the brakes seemed fine 1 hr labor. Next day problem was back and they came back and diagnosed that the Master Cylinder was bad, 1 hr labor. Quoted 686.65 to replace Master. I chose to do this myself, it was not the Master Cylinder. So for 2 trips and 2 hours labor my bill was 449.40 and when I disputed the bill I was told they would credit 145.00, 1 hour rate, off the bill for future work. I paid 450.00 and got an incorrect diagnoses. Not the service I expected.

We own a Arborpro tracked lift which we have had issues in the past getting service. The customer service at Brandon Lift Service was excellent every step of the way. We called them panicking because our lift stopped working on a job (again) and they came out, got it started again. We then proceeded to try and keep using it while they ordered the necessary parts and it kept breaking down (we had to keep trying to use it for work, it is our livelyhood). The techs at Brandon Lift came out and were able to keep getting it started for us. Finally, it stopped working (would not start again) and we took it into their shop. It took a while to get the parts and get it working but MAN, is it working. We are so very pleased with Brandon Lift Service and will use them forever! Prices are reasonable and the staff is excellent.

We have a old Balcankar forklift that has been without brakes for over 6 months and needed a new master cylinder. Since the Belgium manufacturer is no longer in business it was very difficult to find parts. After several months of failed attempts with a few local forklifts repair companies to replace or rebuild the master cylinder I gave up. Everyone seemed more interested in selling us new one which we don't have budget for. One of our researchers gave me Jim's number at Brandon Lift. Jim sent a technician (Bob) out to us within 2 days. Bob was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. He was quick to find the source of the leak and had the master cylinder out within an hour. After studying the cylinder Bob reached out to a parts supplier and was able to match the cylinder rather than have to rebuild. He ordered the part and within a week Bob had replaced our master cylinder and our forklift was finally repaired and placed back in service! Can't say enough how impressed we were with Jim and Bob. Looks like we finally found a reputable repair service for our forklift! I highly recommend Brandon Lift Service.
