Never... And I mean NEVER do I leave Mcalister's without checking my order. Not just the Brandon location.. ANY location. In all the years we've been customers, I can count on two hands how many times they get the order RIGHT. We order the same order every. single. time. Yes, it's a \special\ order meaning we ask for no bacon, ciabbata rather than jalapeno bread but still. \Maybe they're having an off night\ or \maybe they're super busy\ you might ask. Yeah... Every location. Every time. Flowood (both locations), Clinton, Pearl, Brandon, Meridian... All of them. When they're made right the sandwiches are GOOD. On more than one occasion I've had to have the sandwich remade 3 times because every time they brought it out it was wrong even though it's printed on the ticket in black and white as I always order via web or mobile. We've been given free meal tickets as an apology which we appreciate, but we're not asking for free food. We just want our order we paid for fixed correctly the first time. That's ALL we want. Please hire and train individuals that give a good gosh dang to get the orders right the first time. And managers that will ensure the job is done.

Today McAllister's had a free club with the purchase of a tea using their online app. The picture I took doesn't do justice to the multiple lines stretching out the door. Even though it could have been a very chaotic situation (and one of Brandon's police officers were standing point at location in case they were needed), I only had to wait 10-15 minutes beyond when the online app estimated my ready time. Management and employees were smiling and still very courteous despite my knowing from experience of managing in food service previously the stress and pressure they were feeling from having a room full of hungry and possibly upset individuals. I have eaten here several times prior when there were no freebie specials and the service and quality has always been of a high standard.
I placed an order with this location. After I got there, I waited in my truck a hour. So I decided to call in and was told my order wasn’t ready. So I waited an additional 25 minutes. So I decided to go in the inside the lady gave me my order. Now I ordered 3 choose 2. Which consist of 3 sandwiches and 3 baked potatoes. So after she gave me my order the bag felt light, so I checked it and it was missing 3 of my potatoes. I said ma’am I only have sandwiches where’s my potatoes. She saids oh we out of potatoes . After waiting 1 hour and 25 minutes I was told they were out of potatoes. I wasn’t the only one I over heard another employee tell a customer the same thing. I worked today from 7 till 7. I was tired and hungry. Now I decided to go to another location when placing my order over the phone. I asked the lady do they have potatoes she saids yes. Got there not potatoes. This is the most unprofessional pathetic customer service. I have ever received. NEVER EVER EVER WILL I VISIT ANOTHER MCALLISTER! Newks will get my business for now on.
Mcalisters deli in brandon. We usually have a good dining experience and always come to this location. They are covid distancing with tables, and require masks. The Brandon location is always clean and staffed. We ordered the pick 2 this vista. 1 with the pepper Jack Turkey melt amd spider max. The other with the king club amd spider max.
Good soup choices, love the kale & parmesan.
