We chose a condo with this company because of the fireplace. On the day we checked in we contacted them to report it was not working. They did not try to fix the problem or contact us. Since it was the weekend, we tried again on Monday morning. We were told the same thing. They will “pass that along”. Again, no one came out to fix it or contact us. This was our second time renting from Sunset but will be our last due to the lack of customer service.

UPDATE...I was refunded in full only after contacting the Better Business Bureau and contacting the Missouri AG office and The owner of Sunset nightly rentals Emailing me and trying to shame me for requesting a full refund..... Also despite all NEGATIVE REVIEWS ON NATURES HARMONY THEY WONT FIX THE ISSUE WITH THE AGED FURNITURE. They blame the owner of the condo! Tried to cancel reservation due to the CDC travel restrictions and the federal government’s advice not to travel and they want to charge penalties to refund the money. We have used them before but won’t in the future and do not recommend them.
