Had an amazing experience here Jan 2021. John did a fitting and binding adjustment for my wife and myself with our own gear. We tried some different boots with our boards and it made the world of difference. Our riding skills increased 100%. Highly recommend booking a gear fitting/adjustment with this guy.

Was about to hit the slopes for the first time this season and realized I forgot to replace a binding strap I lost at the end of last season. Took my board to Mountain Wave and as soon as I walked in, the staff was willing to see what they could do to get me on the mountain. John Platt (JP), literally made me a new binding strap from a bunch of scraps. He was so diligent and focused on setting me up that he had to sand some things down and built me what is probably a better strap than the original one. The Manager, Ryan, came in and made sure the board was solid, as well. Together, they were so adamant on ensuring the strap stayed put. They weren’t satisfied so rebuilt it a 2nd time to make it even stronger. These guys literally made my day - with their amazingly cool energy and getting me on the slopes for the day and setting me up for the rest of the season. I will never go to another board shop again when I am in town - thanks again guys!
Our family of four rented bikes and cycling the Vail to Frisco bike path. We enjoyed the best customer service from the minute we showed up to get fitted to when we returned to rent other bikes the next day. Excellent trip talk gave us the perfect idea of what to expect, the van driver was super friendly and gave us some great hiking suggestions, the bikes were perfect and the experience was amazing. When my husband and daughter tried to rent again and they shop was sold out, they gave us great recommendations for other shops and were super helpful with trail suggestions and ideas. Don't go anywhere else! These guys rule!

The entire crew at Mountain Wave are awesome. They did an amazing job preparing my bike, swapping pedals to my clip-less and explaining what are the best trails to take which they were spot on. I had an Epic ride on perfect MTB Trek Fuel EX 29er I rented from shop.
