Most all my doctors are located n this practice group of doctors. New building is marvelous! Supporting staff always friendly and helpful. Pre check what insurance they take as many they do not accept.

Regarding Internal Medical Left message to confirm an appointment, I never received a return call. Reading other posts this is an issue. Last year I was charged for and EKG I never received. Giving this group another shot I met with new physician for a physical. Very brief time was spent. The welcome was not inviting at all. I left feeling worse than when I came in. All could have been done virtual which would have been easier for me except for the blood work. I was sent to another area for blood work which was the friendliest part of this visit. I will ask friends for referrals

This is in reference to Dr. Craig Martin's practice at Heritage Medical, Brentwood, TN: On Monday 8/10/20, I unfortunately missed my yearly female annual. I had a last minute schedule change the previous Friday on 8/7/20, which would effect my appointment time on Monday 8/10/20. However, I did make two attempts Friday afternoon to contact the office to leave a message. After several prompts, both attempts I was disconnected and unable to leave a message. The following week beginning 8/17/20, I received a missed appointment bill in the amount of 50. I contacted the office Tuesday 8/25/20 and spoke with the billing department about forgiveness of the bill, since I had never missed an appointment before. Cindy said she would need approval from the doctor directly due to the fact I had cancelled, NOT missed two prior appointments; one in June due to the death of my grandmother in another state and another in July, which I believe was due to the loss of my insurance. Later on, that very same day, Cindy left a message for me to contact her directly. I returned the call and spoke with someone differently, but she confirmed what Cindy had mentioned previously. Due to the fact I had cancelled two prior appointments and missed the most recent one, I would be responsible for the 50 missed appointment fee. I was outraged and annoyed and thought \How tacky!\ I realize this pandemic has not been easy on anyone, but to impose a 50 missed appointment fee is unjustifiable; especially on the first missed appointment. I'm not a repeat offender or a difficult patient and I did have the courtesy on both prior appointments to cancel within a reasonable amount of time. I will no longer be a patient of this office.

I have been seeing an OBGYN here for over 2 years. I have a serious condition that needs medication for the rest of my life. I called on a hunch that something was off (seriously) to confirm my pending appointment only to be told that my doctor no longer works there and there is no one who can see me b/c no one is accepting new patients. I was offered no solutions. Mind you, my prescription is up in one month. So, no one called me to inform me that my doctor left and when I called on a hunch, I was offered no solution and now have to scramble to find a new doctor to fulfill a prescription that I literally need to stay alive. Run far from this place. These doctors clearly do not take their oath seriously and it has left me feeling so sad about the fact that in many doctors' eyes, we are all just a number and a paycheck.
