I have had my system going on three years now. Recently I needed new batteries. I was afraid our current National situation might affect my chances of getting those batteries. I need not have worried. I received an immediate response to my email. After I provided a few requested details, I got a call confirming the receipt of my information that same day. The batteries arrived two days later. I'm the customer who tends to become a nuisance because I panic when I don't understand certain information. There's no panicking with the team at Lift and Transfer Specialists. The staff and service are quick, reliable, efficient, patient, knowledgeable, reassuring, and giving. They have given me the greatest gift: Independence. Thank you LTS!

I just recently had a Surehands Lift and Care system installed in my house by Lift and Transfer Specialists. Craig and Claudia were very nice and knowledgeable to work with. It is a new house, and I was worried about installing a system. After working with them on my special needs, we figured out the best system to install. Carlos and Johnny came out and had installed in a week (it was a pretty big job...bedroom to bathroom to shower, etc.). Incredible professionalism in all aspects of getting this done. The system looks like it was part of the room the whole time, and works great! Big thank you to Craig and all involved!
Clive is the installer who came to put in our ceiling lift. The guy is knowledgeable, courteous, pleasant, even tells good jokes, but most of all, he's a total professional, clean and fast fast fast. He always shows up on time and we're always glad to see him because he solves problems. That guy...he deserves a big fat raise and a promotion, he's the best and he makes Lift and Transfer look good. PS: Of course our lift is absolutely perfect, too.
The character system is too limited for me to post the review I wrote. I may try to post it privately and link to it here. I highly recommend Lift and Transfer Specialists because they are 100% professional, upstanding individuals, who care about their clients and want to make our lives more accessible to the objects around us.
I'm a disabled individual and travel is always difficult and dangerous for me. But on my last trip to Las Vegas I discovered a good service provided at Treasure Island, one of seven hotels that provides Surehands Ceiling tracks. I liked it because of its ease of use and safety it provides and its installment by Lift and Specialists who maintains this quality equipment and train hotel engineers who provide excellent support for the disabled.
