This bakery is busy and often overlooked in favor of more famous named ones. Rye bread, pastries (regretfully no more coffee cakes) cookies and cakes made to order. Next to Italian Market Fortunatos and Rita's ices.
Very Happy with there service! The cake, cupcakes and sugar cookies tasted yummy! Oh the cake was so moist and light tasted amazing! Just want to thank you for making this day memorable for my nephew’s 1st birthday. She came, delivered and set up the cake and it looks beautiful. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I found this bakery online. I am from northern Jersey and was celebrating a friend's birthday in Brick and wanted a cake. I called Conforti's and explained that I wanted \a beachy theme\ and asked if they could deliver to the restaurant we would be at. They did and oh my, the cake was beyond my expectations! Not only was it beautiful and on point, but delicious as well! Thank you for making my friend's 50th so tasty!
