Dr Collado is the best! She’s been great with us from day one when I took my daughter in for her newborn appointment. She even gave me advice when I was struggling with nursing my daughter. Every question I have she answers thoroughly with professional and personal experiences. She takes time during check ups and they always have time to see us in an emergency. Highly recommend.

Only getting one star because I can’t give zero. Front desk IS atrocious. There is a woman who is often at the front desk (think she might have a mental disability, it’s pretty obvious) who has been nasty to me since my daughter’s newborn appointment for absolutely no reason. She has no clue what she is doing and cannot answer any question herself. She always deflects them to someone else. Should have someone who knows what they’re doing and who is in complete control of their emotions sitting in the front. It took the state 4 months to process my daughter’s insurance application (at no fault of my own, obviously), and they refused to give my daughter any of her shots in that time because she didn’t have insurance. I was willing to pay out of pocket, but I was denied. I was treated like a second class citizen in this office because of this insurance issue. We finally got the insurance straightened out, and my daughter got sick about a week ago, they took her in, no problem. Today we brought her for her four month appointment to try and get her some shots, and was denied because the PCP United assigned us on her card was “incorrect” (when they took her in just a week ago no problems with the same PCP). They would not see my daughter today, and made me sit in the waiting room for an hour while they took about 15 other people, ignoring me until I got up and left. The people at the front desk get off on treating people like trash. The rules change every time you walk in the door and seem to depend on the mood of whoever is there to receive you. Shame because the doctors are thorough and nice. Stay away.
Absolutely love this office! My grandkids have been going here for years and can definitely see the positive changes they have been making especially with the new manager and somewhat fresh staff. Before, I could have cared less with the staff, all that really mattered was the quality of care and treatment my grandkids were getting and Dr. Collado was doing a great job. It was good enough that we were able to overlook the unorganized employees they had. Now the staff is exceptional and the Doctors are wonderful. To Brittany, no one needs to be rude when it comes to insurance issues because that is not their responsibility. It is yours. At the end of the day, their main goal is to take care of your child and if you want to complain about something then you face the consequences. I recommend this practice to anyone and everyone!
The front desk was great with helping me get a prior authorization for my sons office visit. They kept me updated and got it done with no probelms. Dr. Collado and Dr. Yelakanti are both amazing. I highly recommend this office!
