I started my 12 year old daughter here a month ago when she was experiencing some major depression and anxiety issues. I have already seen a difference in her mood. She shows more respect towards us and she is learning to have self control in hard situations. She has loved being able to work out her issues in a positive way and at the same time learning how to defend herself. I was so impressed that I decided that I also wanted to test the waters out here by taking a woman's only self defense seminar, and I loved it. It is going to help me feel and be confident in situations. These skills are something every woman should know to be able to walk away from a dangerous situation and go back home to thier Family!! Heather is the Best Teacher !! Thank you so much looking forward to take it to the next level when the time comes!

This was my first class and it was awesome. It was high intensity, very hands on, hitting and kicking pads. I also liked that the instructors are well versed in state law and mind set, both very important when you are learning self defense. Great experience, can't wait for the next class.

This place offers great self defence skills at an affordable cost. not only do they teach martial arts, but they also teach respect for yourself and others. The teachers are great, and the classes are fun and worthwhile. overall, really great experience!

i couldn’t be more greatful for the program they offer for my child! I was at a loss to find an activity that my little guy could really sink his teeth into. His attitude outside of class has improved too! The skills he is learning in class he is able to use outside, it’s more than just learning Martian arts moves, the teachers are teaching them tricky strangers and how to get peoples attention when they need help. The amount of benefits we get back from class are more than anything else I could do for my little guy!
