We adore Dr. Ward and he comes highly recommended. The nurses are great also! The office staff however come across very confrontational and unprofessional. On two separate occasions Monica felt it necessary to put her personal opinion in matters that were not hers to address! The second office staff Unfortunately can’t relay the correct information! However the older staff that answers the phone have always come off as friendly and very informative not quite sure what’s going on there! I do understand with Covid this is very trying times however people need to be kind and keep their opinions to themselves especially in a place that address the health and care for other peoples families. Honestly if it wasn’t for Dr. Ward I would consider bringing my kids elsewhere!

Office staff has absolutely no idea what is going on. Completely unprofessional and disorganized. Very unfortunate as we really liked Dr. Knox.

Not too sure how I feel about this office. The Doctors were alright however I had a hard time calling the office due to the attitudes the receptionists had. It was so uncomfortable calling in to speak to Nurses regarding health concerns for my one month old at the time. I explained she was having tummy issues and I was made to feel as though I was overreacting. I switched offices and come to find out.. milk allergy. Glad I left the office.

I had to get my gardasil shots years ago when I was still in high school. They scheduled my third shot too early, so they told me to schedule a later appointment and come back another day. When I went for the later appointment, I found out that the nurse who saw me that day wrote down that she gave me a shot in my arm. This was completely false, and because of that Nurse’s input I was NEVER able to get my third shot for gardasil. I switched doctors immediately after this happened because it was absolutely ridiculous. Be warned that these people might forge things. I wouldn’t trust anyone to go here after that.

Dr. Donna is amazing. I trust her with my kids lives. She won't stop until she finds out what is wrong with them. She genuinely cares. Dr. Knox and Dr. Ward are also great. Nothing against Dr. Bernstein, we just haven't had him that much. The receptionists that have been there for a long time are great, the new ones are very rude over the phone.
