Evolution Performance personal training is the best decision I've made for myself! My personal trainer Lauren is amazing to work with. She is constantly keeping me focused and her support both in the gym and out has been tremendous! Lauren is different from any other trainers I've had in the past. She is firm yet kind, her workouts are always fun and very challenging and the support she provides to her athletes is second to none. If you've been waiting for the perfect trainer, look no further. Lauren will do everything she can to help you reach your fitness goals. My son does performance training with Lauren to become a stronger swimmer and I can already see significant improvements in him.
