Bought a washing machine last weekend. Had the best experience. First went to BestBuy....lack luster experience....their sales guy wasn't very interested in helping me. So I decided to try Buzaid. As soon as I walked in Tony Asencio helped. He was very helpful in assisting me. He educated me about the features and the models and that helped me narrow down what I should look at. Tony had me laughing which I seriously needed from the stress of life. From Tony's knowledge, I feel I picked the right machine for my needs. The machine got delivered today - delivery guys were great. The whole process went smoothly and I would go back for any appliance need.
We had a very positive experience with Buzaid. Purchased a washer/dryer and Cory was our salesman and he was incredibly nice, knowledgeable and helpful. When we received the dryer, it wasn’t working perfectly (think it was damaged in shipping) and they replaced it within a couple of days. Will definitely be back for all of our new kitchen appliances once our renovation is complete! Thanks Buzaid!
