Crivello's is the best place in the Milwaukee area for Camera gear, advice and service. They always have time to answer your questions. I recently directed a friend (who was unfamiliar with Crivello's) and was going to drive further to a different store to check out Mike's instead and he was blown away by his customer experience. We had vintage family movies and slides put on a drive. The techs at Mike Crivello did an excellent job. The color and clarity of the slides look so much better digitally than in slide form. I was able to see my mom and dad in a movie on their wedding day. Priceless. Thanks for the saving our family memories!

I was in for the first time a couple weeks ago and it was hands down the best retail experience I've ever had, anywhere. It's truly refreshing to walk into a place where the staff is not only knowledgeable, but have a genuine enthusiasm for sharing their knowledge and expertise. I had been away from Milwaukee twenty years, but was visiting and remembered Mike Crivello's and stopped in to make some prints. The employees were friendly, very helpful and masked. One gentlemen fixed what was wrongly set on my camera, and I was SO happy for his help. All the camera shops in my home town were closed, so this was such a blessing! I mentioned this to my hostess and she said that she wouldn't go any place other than Mike Crivello's! Neither would I! I could not have hoped for better.
