Had a weird experience overall. First visit was good. Met with Dr. Rodriguez to assess a severely sprained ankle. They took some X-rays, then sent me home in a 300 boot - same boot that sells for about 70 anywhere online. Last visit was yesterday... arrived at 3:20 for my 3:30 appt and was greeted by a packed waiting room. Should have just stayed outside or in my car, as many people weren't wearing masks or social distancing. Wasn't seen by my Dr. until 5:02 PM. Not happy about waiting for more than an hour & half during a pandemic. Guy sitting closest to me was chomping down on a box of takeout BBQ - pretty annoying. I need physical therapy now - you can bet that I'm looking for care elsewhere.

I had an unfortunate bike accident in June '20. Since I have been seeing a few of the providers at OrthoAtlanta (Mainly @ Piedmont West). Today I saw Stephanie Dotson, PA for a knee issue. Stephanie was very thorough and helped me immensely. I would not hesitate to see her any time in the future for sports related injuries/concerns. The staff is always prepared and the providers are always attentive, professional and extremely knowledgeable. Today was my first visit with Stephanie (A), but in the past with Matt Sartorio, Dr. Matthers, Dr. Lichtenfeld, the care has always been impeccable. Thanks again to OrthoAtlanta for getting me back on my feet and keeping me moving!

Had way too many issues with this location. Voicemails are not checked or they don't return calls...we'll never know. Front desk made appointments for me to see the wrong physician, and I tried to correct it but they ignored me. First visit, doctor was 1 hour late and spent 10 minutes with me. They asked me to have a follow-up visit after a procedure and when I arrived, they asked me three times why I was there. Medical issues not making progress and doctor asked me what I wanted to do next, without giving me any options. I had to tell him that is why I was there...to get advice on what to do next. Have recently learned that many positions have not been filled causing back office and customer service issues, doctors are leaving the practice due to the mess. This is complete contrast to my great experiences at their Piedmont West office with Dr. Johnston and Stephanie Dobson. Stephanie is absolutely amazing...highly recommend.

Not a fan of any of the locations. Staff always unfriendly, and never in time. Instructions are never clear. Front desk staff is always the worst. I will be getting my reports and finding a new provider

Today was my first time ever seeing an orthopedic specialist for myself. Iwas referred here by a Piedmont Urgent Care. The front desk was very helpful and courteous. The wait time was minimal. Nurse Angela and Dr. Matt listened to my issue and a plan of action was taken. Everything was explained to me and I felt comfortable with the prescribed medication and therapy. I'm glad I was referred here!
