We have had our machines serviced over the last several years by Brooklyn Queens Espresso. I feel they have always gone above and beyond to do the job right. They have also been very helpful over the phone when they felt it was something we could handle in house. HIghly recommended!
James has salvaged my 10 year old expobar machine a couple of times in the last few years when I was certain it was time to pony up and buy a new machine. He’s always done so for what seemed like too little money, and currently it’s running better than ever and tasting better than ever too. Without him I’d certainly be 2k more broke than I currently am.
