He helps students build self-confidence by providing the proper tools to enhance strength, flexibility and endurance. The only things you must bring are: a desire to have fun, an open mind, and an interest in expanding your horizons.
Capoeira Luanda Brooklyn has been an amazing experience. It’s not just a workout, it’s much bigger than that. It’s a welcoming and loving community of friends who feel more like family.
The teacher is great. Class very welcoming whether you have experjence or not. The best challenging and fun workout.
I was trying out different groups, when I moved to New York,. I finally found this group close to where I live. The luanda style reminded me of the regional style of my group back in Munich. Piao's energy is contagious and he always spreads good Axé. The group is very welcoming and we do a lot outside of class. Go check it out!
