I would recommend this company to anyone who needs upholstery or carpet cleaning! Dan was friendly and went above and beyond cleaning the vomit stain and random stains gathered over the four years we've owned it. It was also very moderately priced for the quality of work completed!
My white couch and chair were cleaned today and look wonderful. I requested a quote yesterday, heard back right away and had the couch and chair cleaned. Couch Cleaning Brooklyn is an excellent service. Everyone was very responsive from quote through couch cleaning. Peter was on time, super friendly and professional, and did a great job -- he worked quickly but did not cut corners. The couch looks great and revived, and smells clean. Great couch cleaning experience from the onset. Quick, efficient, effective communication via text. Their guy did an awesome job on my couch. Spend at least 1 and 1/4 hour on my couch, cushions, and ottoman. Used the Scotchguard option.
It's an excellent company, professional and ethical. Couch Cleaning Brooklyn gives a fair bid and then sticks to it. The technician, Jakub, arrived, carefully brought the equipment into the apartment, thoroughly explained the process, and then expertly cleaned the sofa. He did a great job, removing most all signs of four years of heavy use, especially by the dog. I would use this company again without hesitation.
