The staff was very friendly. The cameraman was very into his job . I had a wonderful first jump and it was a pleasant experience. My only complaint was we were a party of 4. Scheduled at noon. Arrived at 1130 a. m. and didn’t jump til 545 p.m.and our party of 4 was split up on 2 separate flights therefore waiting additional 30 min for the other half of our party. I would not wait six hours again for a future jump. Completely overbooked due to bad weather the day before. Was told 6 days to wait for video but received it on day 16.

I think the skydivers are very professional and VERY VERY nice and super helpful! Unfortunately I am rating this 3 stars because we were scheduled to arrive at 1PM and didn't jump till 6:30PM and in that whole time the whole group did not watch the prep video (no instructions given for what to do or expect). The group kept asking if they were supposed to watch the video yet but were told they would be called when they needed to watch the video. Once it was time to go they strapped them in quick and rushed to the plane with zero instruction. Then they almost left without one of the people in the group and had to turn the plane around to come back to get him. I was here before the current owners and felt 100% safe, but the rushing and discoordination makes me a little concerned there may be a safety issue overlooked in the too busy and unorganized atmosphere.

Amazing experience! The idea of jumping out of an airplane was terrifying to me. The instructor did such a fantastic job of easing my fears and making me feel safe! I definitely plan on doing it again!

I will start by saying that I am a Skydiver. I have a few hundred jumps, and know the owners/operators of Skydive Iowa, but normally jump at a different location. They took over operations a couple of years ago. I'm impressed with the constant updates and improvements they are always doing. Not just making it their own, but trying to create and maintain a great customer experience. Their efforts are not in vain. I always feel welcomed and at home with friends. It's a great mix of sport jumpers, students, and instructors. All in, I enjoy my club but I also enjoy Skydive Iowa. You won't be disappointed.

Went to watch my friends daughter jump. It was really cool! They talked over what to do, very professional! Everyone was very friendly and nice. They offer camping and lil room rentals. Large burn pit, shower too.

Amazing experience, really nice instructors. They made me feel calm all the time and I enjoyed the jump like I couldn't imagine. I definitely will repeat the experience
