Billy Puzon is an amazing, no nonsense salesman. Polite, patient, knowledgeable and honest. Kerri Estrada who helped with closing the deal and paperwork was funny, nice and genuine. I recently took my 2016 Sonata in for service. I was at first upset due to a minor inconvenience, but the service manager was extremely apologetic for the error and corrected the issue above and beyond what typical good customer service would be. I brought my car in for an oil change, tire rotation, state inspection, and to look at a hesitation issue while accelerating from a stop. They found the issue was with the clutch and had to replace the plates. They took care of this, did the oil change, tire rotation, state inspection, and even flushed my coolant system for me free of charge. Truly top notch service. I never expected to have this kind of treatment from a dealership. I was floored by the kindness and the service I received. Thank you again!

If you go to Brown's, you should ask for Arkeem. Buying a car from him was made simple as he is patient, very forthcoming with information and I feel confident after doing my research, that he got me down to a low purchase price. My significant other has also purchased a car from him. I hate most negotiating prices and the haggle with most car buying experiences, but this was very straight forward and easy. Definitely a relief. I feel confident in referring individuals to him and we will likely continue to be customers if we have any car needs.
