The installation was great. The technician was very knowledgeable and thorough. He did a great job of making suggestions and sharing his knowledge. He did a great job of cleaning up after The instructional part of the system was ok but I had several questions the next day. He said to call hi which I did. He never called me back. But I called the 800 number and got excellent instructions..

The person that took the appointment and the installers were very professional and easy to work with. The installers gave me a quote for what they think I should have installed. When I went over the list, there was no high pressure to attempt to get me to agree to all of it. Installation was done to a high standard and no mess was left behind.

Our installation person Brian not only did a fabulous job of inspection our home and letting us know which area was the most important, but also described what each sensor does and preforms. Brian tested each area to ensure that all sensors worked and also what and how the panic fab works.All we can say is that we had ADT in our last home and this home which our daughter and her daughters will be living is now protected by a great ADT Alarm system and the team members behind it.
