Moises was amazing since day 1! We walked in knowing what we wanted but he helped guide us to items that were just for us. With his experience, he helped us solve some indecisive decisions me and my husband had. Not only did he make sure we were happy with our products, he made sure we understood the paper process as well. (We know sometimes that can be confusing) So excited to get our new furniture and appliances!!!

::UPDATE:: To the Service Center representative from Conn's that responded, thank you for making this right and getting this issue resolved for my parents. It is good to know some people still value customer service and stand behind their product. It was greatly appreciated. This definitely improved the overall experience. // ::ORIGINAL POST:: If I could leave 0 stars, I would! My parents bought a leather recliner here and it wound up being defective. 3 days after their purchase, they went in to speak to a manager, Juan Villareal, and he was rude, condescending and disrespectful to them. He basically told them that they would do absolutely nothing to help them and they were on their own. This is no way to treat your customers. I hope he gets fired for the way he treats customers.
