After purchasing an item and the item not having all parts included, we called Home Depot and spoke to Renato the manager. When into the store the next day and Renato gladly came out to help and gave us the parts we were missing. Made it really easy for us. Will shop there again with no hesitation. This is the kind of managers some places need to keep business running correctly. Thank you so much.

Natasha and Juan were absolutely amazing in going above and beyond to help me find face masks for my kids. The store showed they had some in stock but couldn't find them. Instead of just sending me on my way I physically saw them looking everywhere and they made a call to the Harlingen store to verify and have some on hold for me and called me back to let me know.
