Scott was extremely thorough. And took the time to walk me through every aspect of the home inspection. Making sure to highlight concerns and things that were less important but good to know prior to purchasing. I had the full report within two hours of completing the inspection. I recommend to everyone to use Mack Property inspections for all of your needs.

Scott is the consummate professional. He inspected my primary residence and a rental property, showing a deep familiarity with all the systems. He gave straightforward, practical assessments. He was especially helpful in pointing out how I could save money by doing simple jobs myself, even recommending materials. At the same time, he had a list of high quality contractors for any job. Scott was a huge help in our home buying process. We greatly appreciated his unique blend of extensive technical knowledge, and personable way of discussing the home's features and issues. Inspectors we have used in the past were not as good at presenting. Scott was great at talking us through the inspection, summarizing in an organized manner, then discussing issues/remedies for potential problems. He did inspections for us on two different homes that helped give us peace of mind in our decision making process. The first inspection gave us a more insightful perspective on the scope of the projects that we were going to be tackling as we renovated that home, as well as pointing out a few areas of concern that we missed on our first walk-through.
