A small group of business professionals chose this location to meet for lunch January 27, 2021. The service that we received was fantastic and the food was perfectly cooked and served. The manager, Jason introduced himself and welcomed us. We will be making this a regular event. Please go visit them and support their awesomeness!

My New York strip was cooked to perfection and the loaded baked potato was on a completely different level. My husband and I ordered our food to go. Even though it was to go, the food was divine!
The food was delicious!!! Customer service was great, great ambiance. I suggest you call ahead for a table, it gets very busy on the weekends. Parking is a little difficult to find but it's worth it. My first time visiting Longhorn Steakhouse and I enjoyed it. The steak, the lamb chops, and the lobster tail was very delicious and flavorful. I will definitely go back and try their desserts
Best steak place in town. We come here whenever I want a great tasting T-bone steak. I came with my husband today and we later shared a chocolate lava cake which was phenomenal....Our hostess Liz was great and the manager Chuck came to speak to us and made us feel very valued. I highly recommend this steak house location.
Dine at this longhorn maybe twice a week at least once. There is always issues with the customer service at this location!!! Tonight they shorted use on food that was paid for. Spoke with a girl who said her name was Macy at the time and was a manager. She said that she would fix it. I explain I would be getting off work at 9. She asked how far I lived so she could have it ready. We agreed upon pick up time for 9:20. Get there at 9:15 call to say I’m picking up the order wait outside 15 minutes before I had to call back in. Then, spoke with a guy who said his name was Chuck and he was the general manager. My mom asked who was the First Lady we spoke with that said she was a manger he stated Margret. We then explained what happened he then explained he was advised we would call when we were on our way to pick the order up that way they could make it and have it fresh. I be came very frustrated because it’s always an issue with this location. I explain that we talked to Jason who is also a manager about the service a numerous amount of times. Chuck who is the general manager then went to state “I know we’ve messed up your whole life every time you order from here” very smart very sarcastic and very rude for somebody in his position. He also stated multiple times “he did not want us to go hungry”. Now tell me why we would go hungry because of Longhorn ? WE will no longer spend money at this location because the customer service is horrible and they don’t do anything to fix it in the employees all the way up to the management is very rude. How can you expect your employees below management to act how they should act when management can’t even deal with customers on a professional level.
