I highly recommend Bullseye for their excellent work and work ethic, responsiveness, friendliness and patience. These qualities apply throughout the business. Daniel was careful and thorough in identifying my slab leak, gave me bids on two options (under-slab pipe repair or attic bypass), and explained how I could mitigate water loss while I decided which choice was best for me. He also recommended an excellent third-party company to assess removal of my popcorn ceiling. I choose the slab repair and a new water heater. Jeff and Steve did a terrific job completing these tasks in one day; they were timely, efficient and careful, and a pleasure to be around. The piping and framing of the water heater was a work of art - truly. Meanwhile the office staff I spoke with - Katie, Jing and Amber - were routinely helpful, responsive and kind, including when I needed to reschedule - it is obvious they work very well together and with the rest of the company as there were never any communication lags. Thank you, Bullseye!!

I scheduled with Bullseye to check for a leak in my house. Not knowing what to expect on the day of the inspection, the Bullseye technician, Adrian came bright and early. Adrian was very thorough, patience, respectful and very professional conducting the inspection & detection. He took his time to test for water leaks in all our bathrooms, garage and under the kitchen sink; he answered our questions, practiced social distancing and mask wearing. Thankfully, no leak was detected. I will recommend Adrian to any customer looking for water leak detection anytime. Bullseye price was a bit high, but Adrian went above and beyond to check various areas in the house. So I am very pleased with his professionalism and I will recommend Bullseye services to anyone, but most importantly, Bullseye technician, Adrian is highly recommended!
