I've been going here since I got my first bike as a kid. A few years ago, Brett helped me with a cheap walmart bike, explained to me what to expect out of it, put some better parts on it when the plastic derailleur shattered, and has always been a nice dude with reasonable prices. A little bit later, he ended up at my shop for an oil change. Small world! I'm always happy to see him in both cases. My family just got some higher quality bikes & we'll be getting them serviced here :)
