I am. In west Virginia. I chose this florist to deliver flowers to my sister in Burlington. NC. She sent me a picture of them and they were beautiful. You don't see what you're getting over the phone so you have to trust them. I am very very pleased. With them. Thank you so much for a beautiful arrangement. I will always use this florist.

When ordering flowers for a deceased relative can be increasingly hard especially when you can’t “physically” be there. I contacted this florist as it was within the radius of the funeral home, in which I wanted a casket spread floral arrangement delivered. The assistant of this establishment was a pleasure to talk to; however she referred my call to, whom I believe was the owner. While speaking with the owner after my total came to 175.00 I asked her to photo the picture and send it to me. She refused stating her business did not have that capability and her “name” spoke for itself. Needless to say, I stopped the transaction and called another local florist and they were more then able and happy to complete my order with a picture! #customer service was awful #would not recommend this florist if you can NOT physically be there #I was ordering from out of state #Social Distancing
