When I moved out of here I paid an extra month of rent and was owed nearly 1000 dollars. It has been four months since I have moved out and I still have not received my check. The corporate office for this company has been impossible to contact and I can't find out where my money is. The front desk at the Fitzgerald has done their best to help but the company that owns it just won't respond. Obviously 1000 dollars is a lot of money, just be careful because the management company the owns these apartments is horrible.

This place is absolutely incredible. I am relocating to Tampa by next year and I am looking forward to becoming a resident here. The management team is so helpful, welcoming, and kind. Kelsey went above and beyond for me by helping me find the perfect unit and giving me plenty of options. The property itself is the nicest one in Channelside. I can not wait to live here.

My husband and I are excited to start our new journey here in Fitzgerald. Kaitlyn helped us with application process and showed us the apartment. We got quick response from her to our emails. The Admin and maintenance team are very good at their work. Online maintenance reporting makes things easy and they come fix with 1-2 business days. Nicholas and Kaitlyn are really helpful and awesome. Its a great place to live. I would definitely recommend living here!
