We live in a 130 year old home and hired LivCo to design and build a 2nd floor master suite addition. Dave and crew really understood we were looking for a design that met our needs with keeping the historic appearance of the home in tact. LivCo delivered on all aspects, they were great working with us thru lots of options to make sure they were hitting our design and budget requirements. The 3D modeling they use to walk us inside the designed space was a great tool. Their in house designer Anna was great at doing her homework so she could steer us in the right direction to select the finishes. We lived in the house during the construction and the LivCo construction management team of Scott and Tom were awesome. They did such a great job communicating schedule, working with us on dates when the work would be more disruptive, and really just being extremely friendly with my wife and I, our kids and the old family dog! Scott and Tom always answered the phone and were always very responsive to any questions, concerns or just comments we had. We love our new space, Thank you LivCo!

Working with LivCo (specifically Dave and Russ) was such a great experience. They are both very talented and knowledgeable in translating your ideas to reality. Sometimes we knew what we wanted and Dave and Russ would tell us whether it would work or not. Other times we looked to them for ideas and they helped us to come up with a home that truly felt like it was ours. They were very organized and transparent throughout and the communication was great. We always felt like we were in the loop as much as we wanted to be, without the headache of being responsible for making it happen. And they were always very budget conscious ... allowing us to customize as much or as little as we wanted and could afford. I would love to work with LivCo again as the overall experience was great.
My husband and I were beyond thrilled with LivCo for our house remodeling project, and we were impressed with ALL aspects of the process, including each and every person on their amazing team. We especially loved that the LivCo team is a one-stop-shop, including highly skilled and experienced architects, designers and builders who all work together seamlessly and work together extremely well. From the very beginning, the project planning and the proposed timelines were clearly communicated and presented in a thoughtful, easy to understand and detailed manner (we loved the organized binders, with tabs!). During the project, communication was excellent and they were extremely responsive to all of our requests and questions. They were definitely on top of things and kept the construction space and our house clean throughout. They exceeded our expectations and completed our project on time, if not even a week or so early! I am aware that is a very rare occurrence. We are so happy with the results, and have been loving living in our new space. We would highly highly recommend LivCo to anyone looking into starting a remodeling project- you will love your new home!
We wanted to add an island and do something (we weren't sure what) with some additional \jut out\ space in front of the windows in our kitchen. With limited space, LivCo created a plan that got us the island we were hoping for and maximized the dead space by increasing storage with an additional set of cabinets and a beverage center. While we were at it, we updated our countertops and backsplash. We couldn't be happier with the result. It has drastically improved the look and feel of our home. The entire process was seamless, working with Dave and Anna on design and picking out finishes with Anna, to working with Tom and Scott, Denny and others while the work was actually being done. The work went quickly and was done professionally, and we had all the information we needed in their user friendly online portal to understand the schedule and adjust things as needed, as well as to pay our invoices. Everyone was super responsive and easy to work with, and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the finished product. We would recommend LivCo for any home projects!
Liv Companies basically touched just about every surface of our home from a brand new kitchen, reworking master bath layout, knocking down walls, fresh paint, new doors - you name it. From design to project management we have been very impressed with the Liv Companies team.
