The medical Staff has been wonderful they really seem to care. As for Scheduling dept they are a complete failure. I’ve finely given up in trying to make an appointment with them. Thank God I’m not in a life or death situation, if so i would be dead

Alright. I am not happy what-so-ever. Lets just start that he was over an hour behind on his appointments today. He went ahead and blew it off like it was nothing. If you like a doctor that will go ahead and ask you what would would like when dealing with the worst days of your life--this is sure not the doctor for you. His bedside manner is terrible, and if they ask you to draw blood in the office. SAY NO. INSTANTLY SAY NO. Three of us went ahead and they stuck us for blood, not 1 time, not two times, but each of us like 7-8 times. The phlebotomist was absolutely horrid. Then, the best part- awaiting your blood test results (they tell you about a week for one result, and it was truly 2 weeks, and then the other test you had to hound them for to get results). Unfortunately, this doctor is not good. Avoid at all costs.

I have been using them for about ten to twelve years, during that time I have numerous (way too many to count) 2-3 week long infusions of IV antibiotics. One summer I had about 6 infusions each lasting 10-14 days. So I have used them over many many years, locations and visits. In my opinion, the nursing staff and docs there are absolutely top notch and without their flexibility and expertise I would have been long expired.

Needed 6 weeks of daily IV antibiotics, and was directed here by a social worker from the hospital I was at. The staff are so friendly, accommodating, caring, and genuine that it was easy to place my trust in them! The environment is immaculately clean, and the comfy chairs and pillows help you stay nice and relaxed as the time goes by. Personally, if I ever had to get long-term IV treatments I would not go anywhere else!

I completely echo the negative review below. They tried to extort money out of me after fraudulently billing me, and filing an appeal with my insurance company behind my back. They passed a 610 bill onto me 7 months following date of service, once the appeal date ended with my insurance company. Refuse to call my insurance company back, or do a three-way call with me and insurance company to reach resolution. They over-sent supplies and over-billed, and have been unresponsive. Fraudulent billing practices, rude staff, and shady business.
