Brooke was AMAZING. My hair was tinted green when I came in to see her...and I left with absolutely gorgeous (non-green) hair. She really took the time to think about how to work with my hair. She was super honest with me about color and trimming expectations. She was also just a considerate, sweet person to chat with during the whole process. You can tell she really cares and wants to connect with people. Only good things to say about her and my experience. \u003c3

My appointment was at two and didn’t get called so at 2:10 I called and she was just going to call me. So late to start. 45 for a haircut that took 25 minutes. I have long straight hair and she made the long layers look super choppy. The hair dresser did offer to blend it better but once someone makes a mistake it’s hard to let them continue. Manager is supposed to fix it Monday but I am scared. I know this is a business with a good reputation and my sister referred me which is why I am so disappointed. Angel was wonderful to work with. I would say she did fix it. It looks a little better. I think just the length of my hair makes it hard to blend the layers. Plus having straight hair shows everything. Thanks for trying to make it right angel. Sorry I can’t give you 5 stars.

I got a bad haircut here and seeing how this place has such good reviews i was very disappointed. I just got a buzz cut, a very simple men's cut but the stylist just kind of blew it off and rushed it and it came out all uneven. First she didn't know what a butch cut was after I did some looking around for the type of men's cut I wanted. I said fine, I'll just get a buzz cut and maybe try a more specific cut next time. She took less than 10 mins to cut all my hair off, shampooed it, then cut it for another 2 minutes. It looked a bit rough in the mirror but I paid and said thanks. Later looking at it in the mirror at home there was a bunch of uneven patches and missed hairs and I had to go over my entire head with my own clippers .
