Outstanding, quality beef (USDA Prime), friendly knowledgeable staff, and super clean & fresh. We purchased a three finger T-bone steak (Fiorentina) for Valentine’s Day and it was amazing. Use Bobby Flay’s recipe. I leave only a few reviews on Google, but this meat market is exceptional.

Friendly staff and amazing products. This shop has the staples like pork, beef, and chicken, but also a fantastic selection of more select meats such as boar, bison, and venison. The cuts are a bit higher priced than your chain markets (Krogers, Safeway) however, the quality is absolutely higher grade. I will be returning for sure!

Love love love this place. Only been here 3 times but each time from selection to service it's no frills quality. The staff, to me, gets excited when asked for their opinion because they care about what they do! Also they don't sell masks they sell meats. Can everyone calm down about mask only reviews in 2021? Sheesh.
