The absolute best quality and service!!! We drive from Goodyear just for their meat. Their steaks, Iowa chops and steak burgers are incredible. Our dogs love their bones! Excellent!

My family and I concur with all the 5 star reviews! Hubs just made some of the BEST burgers with the 80/20 blend. We’ve had some good blends, but this one was on point! Thankful to have a butcher close to home with quality meat. Can’t wait to try the bacon blend I heard about too )

The meat cuts were very good. I ordered 5 filets and they all had a good thickness and flavor. The shop was clean and easy to find. I was surprised when the man serving me grabbed each of the filets at 30.99 a pound with bare hands and then proceeded to use the cash register without washing. He handled the cash and steaks the same way.

The personnel are so knowledgeable on the different cuts of meat...& how to prepare them. I cook for one and they cheerfully accommodate me by wrapping smaller quantities individually . I reccomend them to everyone I know
