This place is awesome. A few years ago they fitted my for my road bike and did a great job. Today I went in to demo an amazing "Intense Primer" all mountain bike. I took it out for a spin and had an epic fail over the handle bars. After claiming my Darwin award, I took the bike back to the shop and despite me scratching up the handle bars Adam and Andrew were super nice about it and didn't charge me for it.

I just ordered my bike from C3. I worked with Jodie to pick the right frame and he was amazing! He explained every component without sounding pretentious or condescending, he showed me several options for what I needed, and I was able to even try a few bikes. We figured out what style of bike would work best for me, he spent some time taking my exact measurements to set up the bikes for my test rides. and we tried some bikes with the same frame ergonomics and geometry so I could see how I liked the different materials and set-ups. It was incredibly helpful! Everybody was super nice and we talked about music and local community rides. They are my bike shop, for sure. When you purchase a bike from these guys, they really help you out and make sure you get what will work for your budget as well as your riding needs. I definitely appreciate them. Even if you're just shopping, I recommend stopping in and asking questions. They will help you figure out what you need even if you don't buy from them. But I hope you do buy from them because they are a great community shop who are so friendly and passionate about biking! *EDIT* Just got my bike today (a week later) and again, those guys really took their time to set me up! They put me on a trainer and measured my legs and riding position to make sure the pedals, seat, handlebars, etc, were all set for my body. There were no pressured up-sales for accessories or anything, they just helped me find what I needed and made sure my bike was working optimally for me. I really appreciate this shop and I personally look forward to connecting with the riding community at C3!
High quality bike shop. They sell new bikes and an assortment of biking items in addition to servicing anything wrong with your bike. As a person not well versed in bike lingo, I especially enjoyed bring my bike in to this shop for a tune up because they walked me through all the expenses and all that was wrong with my bike. Great group of guys that are very personable!
We shipped an old bike to Boston from C3 Bike Shop. Awesome staff. Very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Thanks again for your help!
Incredibly nice and professional. I come in with dumb bike problems and they don’t make me feel dumb. Fair prices. Excellent quality service. And just all around friendly and nice.
I have been to over a dozens bike shops in the past month fixing my bike. I drive for Door Dash so my bike is not a luxury item. Without my bicycle I would not be able to provide shelter, cloth, & food for myself C3 is by far the BEST bike shop in the Denver Metroplex. Both times I visited the Golden & Highland Ranch store their customer service and friendlyness is the best you will get hands down. C3 Will provide the home town bike shop vibe we all deserve at a very affordable price and the friendliest bike shop you will find.
I live close to the Colfax shop but had some issues with the first bike I bought. The staff and owner got me onto a much better bike and helped me out due to the issues with the first bike, and now I am riding a sweet bicycle. The staff went all out to ensure everything worked out perfect for me, and I even bought 2 bikes for my kids there. The customer service is fantastic and I hope they keep up the great work for a long time!
Outstanding customer service! The team at C3 makes you feel like family. I'm a new rider and they took the time to answer all my questions, without making me feel like an outsider. If you're looking for a great bike shop, with amazing people, look no further than C3. Great job guys!
