So I pull up at 5 till close to get a quick look at a refrigerator and the employees immediately turn the lights off. Even had his truck already running on remote start. No wonder Sears is closing stores. When you have employees running for the doors before scheduled closing time I can only imagine how unproductive they must be in the day. I’ll spend my 2500 elsewhere.

Ordered a fridge on Monday and had it delivered to the store on Thursday. Everything was great!!

Sears sold us a 1500 refrigerator, it broke while still under warranty and they refuse to have it fixed or replaced. After three months we’ve been forced to file a complaint with the attorney general. Sears will absolutely take your money and give you worthless junk.

Keith the \man who runs the place\ needs a little customer service training. He told us that he has had to call the sheriff on customers who wouldn't turn in their old broken appliances. This is of course strictly my opinion.
