It's nice to have a place to get the parts you need, but it would be nice to see them in the store and not to be ordered and sent to you.

This store didn't even earn 1star. I ordered something from their website I mean searshometownstores.com. It directed me to check out using my sears app on my phone. I read their return instructions on the receipt it stated you could return it either by mail or at the store. I went to this store (with the item and receipt) and was informed I had to return it by mail , they wouldn't accept it. In today's world it's not a good idea to alienate customers. I've shopped at Sears for more then 30 years. If that's the way they're going to be I won't be a customer for very much longer. It's a good possibility I've made my last purchase there. This isn't my first bad experience with this store either. The first time I was in their store they wouldn't honor the lower price on the sears.com website. If they want to compete in today's world their customer service needs to compete or be better than their competition, or most of us will shop elsewhere. The Sears chain once had a great reputation, from what I am seeing that died and the new hometown chain will be soon to follow. William Dabrowski
Small Store not much to choose from but It does OK for paying a bill for Sears.

I have been having trouble getting a warranty issue resolved and called the Cambridge Sears store today hoping to get some help. Wendy went out of her way to help me and the problem was resolved in about an hour. I am so happy that I I happened to call the Cambridge store. I definitely recommend this store! Wendy made my day!
