Great flowers and even better service. Sent flowers to a lady friend who was having a really bad day. I live in St. Louis, Mo and the friend lives in Osage Beach, Mo. They called me same day that the flowers were delivered, let me know everything was good. Will definitely use them again.

Found Janine's online and checked out their site. Prices were reasonable and after confirming they deliver to the area, I placed an order. One of the main flowers in the \Spring has Sprung\ arrangement was unavailable, but Janine's called to ask if a substitution was acceptable. I consider this to be part of their excellent customer service and attention to detail. Flowers were delivered early in the day and the arrangement was nicely done. Would order again.

I ordered this Orchid for my mom for Mother's Day. I live out of state so I was trying to find something local that would deliver to her. I am so pleased with the service I received from Janine's Flowers. They delivered the same day I ordered and the plant was beautiful and so was the pot it was in. My mom absolutely loved it!
