Shipped camera late November. Still waiting for the repair. They will not return my phone calls or emails. if you are local, fine, but if you are considering this company to mail your camera - don't bother.

What a horrible experience. They made it sound like it would be an easy and cheap repair to my Sony camera and once they received it the estimate jumped to higher than anyone else I had contacted. They gave me a estimate of 2 weeks to repair. I called them after one month and they said parts were on order and it would be another 2 weeks. Two more weeks went by then another I followed up with another phone call. More excuses and promises. It's been 2 and a half months! They promised my camera would be sent last week. I received a tracking number from USPS at the end of that week but it shows USPS is still waiting to receive the camera from ProCamFix. Beware! They should be called ProSCAM.
I sent my camera to be diagnosed by procamfix. They provided extremely fast and detailed information on what my canon camera issue was.They were able to quickly repair my camera issue with very good price and send it back to me in working order in a very timely manner. Arthur and Tom were a pleasure to work with. I would definitely recommend them for any camera or camcorder repair needs.
I shipped my a7RIV to have one of the SD card slot locking mechanisms repaired. The SD card slot now works as expected. The repair was finished quickly and returned in a timely manner. I won't hesitate to reach out to procamfix in the future if I have any further issues with any of my Sony gear. I see they get a lot of terrible reviews so I figured I'd write this so people see positive experiences do happen with them. I don't know that I would've sent my camera to them had I read the reviews first, but now that I've had this experience, I wouldn't hesitate.
